What I am wearing:
- Dress, made by me, fabric from Ikea. Dress made approximately 3 years ago.
- stockings from drug store
- Hand made Swedish Clogs, purchased in April 2012 for $160 USD.
- Jacket by Tahari, purchased in 2009 for approximately $100USD.
- Bag by Marimekko, same yellow bag I use everyday!
I hadn't worn this dress for awhile, it's been hanging in the wardrobe but it is a comfortable dress. The fabric from Ikea has washed up well and the stripes are woven into the cotton. It will stick around in the wardrobe for a while longer!
Questions:
When do you get rid of something from your wardrobe. I think when something doesn't fit, that makes it easy but what about an item that is well made and is lasting for ages? Do you send something to charity when you don't like it anymore? When it is out of fashion?
These questions may need some more thought...
